Refund Policy

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 7 days, however the customer is supposed to notify us about the issue/defect in the product within 48 hours of receipt of product through Email, Phone or through Chat feature present on our website. Any issues or defects reported after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained, whatsoever the reason it may be. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the new condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all the tags attached to the product.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Customised products (Customised size, design or colour)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item reported defective after 48 hours or more but less than 4 days after delivery

We entertain only the first informed case for replacement or refund and it can not be changed later on. Suppose if you requested for a replacement, you will not be able to request for refund later on. We'll only entertain the request that was requested by the customer in their first communication.

Refunds:


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please be informed that the refund will be processed within 7 working days after approval of the retunred item. If the returned item fails to pass through quality check, unfortunatley we will have to send the item back to your address and we won't be able to provide any refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If the payment is made in Cash through Cash On Delivery option, we'll refund the amount in your Bank account through NEFT, which you have communicate us through Email.

Late or missing refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at care@fizyou.com

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at care@fizyou.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if reverse pickup facility is unavailable at your PIN code by any of our partner courier service. In that case, we are liable to reimburse a maximum of Rs.100 for the cost incurred by customer for returning the item regradless of the actual cost incurred. We suggest you to send the item by India Post to save your shipping charges. Shipping cost will only be reimbursed upon providing the actual invoice provided by the carrier. 

Reverse pickup is attempted withn 48 hours, however in some cases it may take upto 7 working days. Unfortunately, this process is beynd our control and is totally dependent upon the courier company. We request your patience & understanding in this case if the reverse pickup is delayed.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over INR.2,000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
